Description
Prescription Only Medicine. Liraglutide 18 mg/3 mL. Treatment for weight management in individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or more. Adjunctive treatment for weight management in individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of 27 kg/m2 or more in the presence of at least one weight-related co-morbidity. For treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus as monotherapy or in combination with other blood-glucose lowering treatments. To reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in those with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease or multiple risk factors. Ask your doctor if Saxenda is right for you.
