Jardiance is indicated in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death. Jardiance is indicated in adults for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Ask your doctor if Jardiance is right for you. This medicine has risks and benefits.
